Finally, after 4 years of care taking and housekeeping, I have a few hours off. Two days a week I get fours off to do family shopping and whatever. I find that after all this time I have nowhere to go and nothing that I want to do. It's not enough time to do much, but there should be something. I'm 85-years-old and seriously wondering what this is all about? Any ideas?

Libraries are, for me, places of peace and wonder. Whether it is looking through the stacks, sitting and people watching, reading magazines or newspapers of the world, they are wonderful respites for readers.

Are you nearby any local museums?

What about plant nurseries?

Walks in parks, or sitting watching the kiddie park playgrounds, dog parks can be fun as well.

I wish you luck in finding some favorite places of your own.
