What can I do to make my husband who has dementia keep his Depends on?

My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia after a stroke 4 years ago, he too is a "show-timer."

Thank you cwille I will look into the adaptive clothing.

The advice most often given on this forum is to buy clothing that is difficult to remove, anti strip jumpsuits and onesies are available at specialty adaptive clothing stores. I've also read about using a belt in his normal pants that you fasten in the back.
