The best pull-up underwear and diaper that I have found are Abena products. I have done a lot of research on this for my mother and found the Abena Abri-Flex, which is a pull up underwear has a capacity of 74oz. The Abena Abri-Form Level 4, which is a diaper has a capacity of 135oz, which is a great deal more than other premium diapers like Tranquility, which only has a maximum capacity of 34oz. Don't get me wrong Tranquility diapers are good but they just don't compare from an absorbency standpoint. My mother now sleeps through the night with no accidence. Her overall health has improved.

MOm has PD and I have been caring for her for 5 years now. Tried every pull-up, diaper I could find a good rating on. Now all I buy is Wellness briefs. I no longer have to do Mom's bed sheets nearly every day. I do put a long, ultimate absorbancy pad in the diaper also. She cannot relax enough to empty her bladder fully, so when she sleeps at night, she really lets go. Occasionally the washable bed pad gets wet, but no more floods. Now I wash the sheets because they are dirty!!! Only thing is theses diapers only come with side tapes, no pull-ups, and they are on sale all the time. Usually cost about $1 each when on sale. They also have double tapes so if you get it wrong the first time, you have a second tape to adjust with. Trust me! These are the best on the market!!!

When my mom was in hospice we used scented baby diaper sacks for disposal but they were too small. There are adult sized ones now

I'm going to give you two product. One is fairly affordable and very good with absorption and handling odor, the second Product is even better but more expsnsive:
Prevail is a great brand that you will find primarily online. Their protective underwear (regular and super absorbency) are a great value as is their adult brief called Nu Fit and IB.
Tranquility Adult Diapers are probably the best on the market today. Their Disposable Underwear (pull ons) called Premium come in both overnight and daytime models. Their ATN (all-through-the-night) brief is nothing short of excellent. All of these product can be found at www.TheIncontinenceStore.com. I've seen Tranquility at retail shops too.
