JGO105HV, when you ask about monthly cost increases, are you referring to the monthly rent, or the Condo Association fee, or both?
The monthly rent is probably no different than any rental outside of the community. Some landlords will charge 5% or 10%, or a flat cost of $25 or $50 dollars per month, or no increases at all. This should be stated in your Lease.
The same with the Condo Association fee. Prices for maintaining the buildings..... higher water/sewer bills.... dinner or all meals if included in your Condo fee the higher cost of food... higher liability insurance.... etc.
