The effects would be different depending on the 82 yr olds comorbidities and the stage of the cancer and whether the intention is to use unimodality therapy vs multimodality therapy vs no curative therapy. .

Not sure I would do radiation so close to an eye. Can they just remove the cancer and hope for the best? It is a dangerous cancer and can spread. There is a nother post today, but its on an ear.
