Wernicke encephalopathy treatment?

Hello, I was diagnosed with Wernicke encephalopathy about 1.5 years ago. I can not find any support grounds or any new treatments that might help me. I live in Mexico and would like to speak to someone with the same condition. Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, but there are other supplements and medications such as benfotiamine that might help. Also, I was not given Thiamine IM as I should have been given in the beginning. So the treatment is take B1 and stop there?

From what I read its a lack Thiamin and that is what is given to help reverse it. I also read B12 is given. I see no other treatments used to reverse it. Hopefully someone on the forum has experienced it.
