Can VA Aid & attendance be used to pay for caregiver in a care home not a nursing home?

Mom is house bound and I am disabled. Can not safely handle her. She don't want to go in nursing home and I agree.

In the meeting I went to I think they can. The criteria is the cost of caring for the person is more than they bring in or something like that. You really need to talk to someone. See if a seminar is being held near u. The one I went to was very informative.
