If you use 20 skilled days in a benefit period using Medicare advantage and opt change to traditional Medicare what is the criteria to be eligible?

And continue to meet skilled level of care and no 3day stay was necessary to meet criteria per MA are you eligible to continue skilled days in MC. also if elegible what day in the count for benefit days 100 more?? Or 80 days since used 20 in MA .
