Is an urn acceptable for burial at Green Hills?

My mom has a plot for cremated remains next to my dad at Green Hills. A friend in the business said something about a vault which may or may not be required.

Cemeteries all have different rules, and there are several Green Hills cemeteries across the US. If they have a website, check there, or read the deed, or call them.
