So I purchased washable reusable men’s briefs as well as disposable. The reusable soaked thru and the disposables he pretty much deconstructed. Don’t know how or why just found mounds of cotton pieces lying about. My husband has Alzheimer’s and isn’t very verbal. You guys always have great suggestions. Please give me more.

I used to put a pair of my Husbands regular underwear on OVER the disposable one I would put on him. This held the disposable in place and made it more difficult for him to get at it. (although he did and he would often leak due to the urine traveling down skin folds. )
There are adult "onsies" that might also prevent him from picking apart the brief.

If all else fails you could try a condom catheter BUT he may "fiddle" with that as well.
