I’ve discovered a great way to use underpads. When my husband has a bowel movement, I take one of the underpads and cut it into pieces about 6 x 6 inches. I wet it down and use it to wipe him. It’s much better than wet wipes which, even in the adult size, are too small and tend to bunch up. The cut up underpads do a great job of helping clean him up. Since he doesn’t move in bed, I also fold one up lengthwise and put it between his legs as a backup to the diaper.

I use disposable wash cloths. They are like super sized wet wipes. They don't cost much more either.

Huggies baby wipes are big and thick. I used sanitary pads in Moms pullups. It was a big help for small jobs. Just take the pad out and out another in.
