Both of my parents passed away and my older sibling has came into my home while I was gone and took what My dad gave to me. Then she denies it. I filed a police report on her. She is claiming she isn't causing me no harm but she is wanting what belongs to her and she has dragged my own stuff into the estate. What I bought and paid for myself, but she claims it's mom and dads, she has even stolen from the estate and is blaming me for her screw ups cause if I go to jail or prison she gets the house, or if I get remarried she gets the house. A judge didn't say that her crooked lawyer said it. He was acting on being a judge and her crazy lawyer here in Colorado.

Think you’ll need a lawyer and go to a REAL COURT...with a REAL JUDGE 😊

we never went to court her lawyer played lawyer and judge in her case.

Both of us siblings are in charge of the estate we both excessive of both estates , and the door locks been changed my sister broke into my home last summer she broke the door down and tried to fix it but couldnt. Plus she put my stuff that I personially own into the estate as well.

Who is in charge of the estate? You or your sister? Do you have your own attorney? If she's trying to get you in trouble and blame you for stealing from the estate, it is serious. You need legal help to protect yourself.
