I live in Missouri. My mom owns the house we live in even though my husband and daughter and I lived in the house before she bought it. Can I move her to a senior care facility without my family having to move out? I have been caring for her in the home for almost 4 years.

Find Care & Housing
you should see if you and Mom are Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship on TiTLe. Just make sure MOM is okay, and likes it there. Make sure she is close to home so you can run in and see her anytime you want or need to.

Take Care of MOM. :)

You can do what's best for your Mom, and what's best for you.
Be sure the financials are above board, see an elder law attorney to plan the finances.

I am thinking you asked because you may want to inherit the house, and not have to sell it to pay for Mom's care?

Anyway, someone will come by, soon if not in the next few days, with some real good answers how to stay living in Mom's house, and hopefully to make it yours.

Can you pay the mortgage, if any?
Did Mom buy t h e house as a gift, only to you?
Do you have anything in writing?
Is your name on the deed?
