Terminally ill mom on Medicare pays me weekly for her care can I claim her as my dependent?

I also work part time elsewhere. We live together in house in both names, paid for and had no debt. She's since passed how would I file my taxes if she paid me out of pocket?

Only if you provided more than half of her support.

No, she is not your dependent if she paid you.
