Can I get a tax deduction for bringing in people to care for him in our absence?

Both my wife and myself work and have to travel. We will spend approximately $15,000 annually for people to stay and care for him.

Best thing to do is to check with the IRS hotline, or ask a tax preparer if you can claim that expense, every year it seems like there are changes to the tax code. And check to see if you can claim this person as a "dependent", especially if you pay more than 50% of their total care.
