I've talked with a Social Worker a few times, and boy oh boy did that help. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with a Social Worker or Counselor, it can change your whole perspective and greatly improve how you're feeling! I also belong to a Care Giver Support Group, but sometimes that's not enough. Take Care of yourself and be nice to yourself!

Looking for a support group or counselor for my husband and father in law. The family is having a difficult time dealing with some changes in mom's behavior. She is not interested in getting out of the house, is easy to anger, refuses to make any real lifestyle changes to improve her health and was recently diagnosed with S2 diabeties.
