My wife has poop on her fingers, I try to clean it off. How do I stop her from this practice?

One possibility is to get clothes that make it difficult or impossible for her get her hands into her underwear. Jumpsuits that fasten in the back are made for this purpose. Search for ADAPTIVE JUMPSUIT online and you will find several sources. Obviously you are not alone with this problem!
