What are the steps to becoming guardian/caregiver of my Mother?

Shes in a coma shes on dialysis every other day she has a feeding tube and she has medicade, our family needs proper placement for her and we need /would like some help. Thank you and have a Blessed Day.

I'm assuming she is in a nursing facility at this point? Does someone have POa and MPOA. If the answer is yes, that person now makes her decisions for her. If there is none in place, you need to see a lawyer for gardianship. She is no longer able to give permission for POA/MPOA. If you mean by caregiver taking her home, I wouldn't advice this. In her condition she is better off where she is if that is a nursing facility.
