I am taking care of her now. she is wrecking my marriage and life.

She should be on Medicaid and have a caseworker, so call social services. The next question: is she capable of living on her own? If she does not have all her faculties, she may need a group home. Again your county social services helps the elderly or poor or disabled. Give them a call.
