Are spouse in our home 24/7 can qualify for financial aid?

I would like to get personal funds so that I am able to take him on some small trips before his Parkinsons's slips into stage 3 If he does require some assistance it would be very anxious and stressful of anyone he does not know. He states he will die at home.

So sorry to read that your spouse has Parkinson's. Are you asking about financial aid from a bank? Taking out a loan on your house? Please be more specific.
