What can I do when a nurse/social worker says that my mother gave permission to go to a rehab center when she didn't?

I received a call that my Mother gave permission to go to a rehab facility when she did not give her permission. I called and asked what are they trying to pull. Tomorrow, hook or crook, I'm getting her out of there. What can I do?

Wow, if my mother was in the hospital and they were going to transfer her to rehab for a while, I would be in caregiver heaven. There must be information we're missing here. Could it be possible that your mother told them okay, but told you she didn't say it? That happens sometimes. Tell us a bit about your mother.

Cal, can you provide more details? Is Mom in the hospital? What issues is she having? How old is she? What do you think should happen?
