Your post doesn't make sense. You say you put your mom in a nursing home and have to clean out her apt by mid Feb, then go on to say she's cleaning out her place without you. How can she be doing that if she's living in a nursing home?

I think she’s says that sister is cleaning out the place without her. Maybe she’s worried that sis is taking stuff that she may want?

If someone had offered to clean out my moms place when she entered a nursing home, I would have said "thank you"!,lol.

Most exhausting 6 months of my life. My mother's apartment was on the 13th floor and it was all I could do to not jump out!

I think this may be a typical story of siblings both wanting to make claims on mom’s possessions.
