I haven't posted in awhile, but my mom is on anti-depressants and she is sleeping (or pretending to sleep) about 14 hours a day. She is so delusional its driving me crazy. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

MMendez...I've been wondering how things are with you? If your mom is sleeping a lot you say...it might be closer to the last stages. I don't remember? How old is your mom? And was she diagnosed with a dementia? When mom was in her last stages she did that. Slept about 12 to 14 hours...a repreve from the many sleepless nights. However sometimes I think its the drugs that can do that. Anyways....hang in there. It's been 7 months now since my sweet mom passed away and as much as I wanted to throw in the towels so many times...I am so glad I didn't give up on her. You won't regret it. (((hugs))) Debbie
