My sister wants POA, we have never gotten along. I am nervous, she sent me 3 alternatives already because I need financial help.

She said she would NOT help me until Monday (bedbugs) and gave me these alternatives. i try to talk to her about our relationship. she will not even here of it and gets very mean as always. I have a TBI. How do I know if I really need a TBI? I have been depressed, neglecting home and self. I got bedbugs and did not realize I may have given them to her. She never believes me.
