My sister is POA for mom and does nothing for her. What more can I do?

MY MOM WEARS DEPENDS AND SHE TAKES THEM OFF AND HAS URINE AND FECES ALL OVER HER HOME MY SISTER MADE SURE WHEN MY MOM GOT DEMENTIA SHE WENT TO LAWYER TO MAKE SURE SHE GETS MY MOTHERS HOME WHICH IS PAID OFF. MY MOM CRYS EVERYDAY AND SAYS SHE WISHES SHE WOULD DIE. MY SISTER SAYS THERE IS NO PLACE FOR MY MOM SHE JUST WANTS HER HOUSE SHOULDNT SHE BE FORCED TO SELL THAT HOUSE TO PUT MY MOM SAFE. I HAVE CASE WORKER THROUGH DEPARTMENT OF AGING BUT MY MOM IS UNSAFE GETTING WORSE EVERYDAY. I QUIT MY JOB TO TAKE CARE OF HER

department of aging is coming over tomorrow to put my mom in emergency placement she will finalyy be in a place where she will get the care she needs

So really, your sister won't put mom in an asst. living/nursing home or adult foster care home because then she'd have to sell the house to pay for moms care. So now, she doesn't have to because you've stepped in and have taken over. Now sister will not only NOT have to take care of mom, but ALSO get the house money when she sells and NOT have to use it for the person who it rightfully belongs to. Hmmm what is wrong with this picture? Make it right.
