Well, maybe your sister talked mom into putting her name on all mom's accounts as Payable On Death. If that's what she did, you are out of luck. Happens all the time. By sis doing that, it bypasses the will because all of those POD accounts aren't controlled by the will.

If your sister did that to you, she is a real piece of work.
