How can I get my sister help who has Medicaid and needs rehab for a recent stroke?

My sister is recovering from a stroke, and Medicade will not pay for rehab, does anyone know where I can get assistance in Illinois. We need help.

Start with talking to your sisters Dr, then try the social worker at the hospital where she was treated, it may be as simple as a wrong diagnosis code on her medical records. Also talk to social services as they may be able to point you in the right direction
