Is there a service to get a person down a flight of stairs so they can get to a doctors appointment?

The person is an amputee and over 80. She can' t get down the steps of her brownstone.

geewiz you realize what they charge? Alysonaa, ask the MD to send a visiting nurse if you can. If this lady has an emergency health issue- bleeding, infection, or falling down or fainting, please call 911

There are medical transport services that will do this. They will bring her to her appointment and bring her back.
