pegtracy123, even if your Dad was living in Assisted Living, he probably would need to wait awhile before an Aide is available to help him out, especially at night. And depending on the triage with the other residents.

The only way is to have Aids in the house with your Dad all day and night, every day.

Yeah, I thought this might be an idea for a new business. At $50 a pop, might be lucrative. And with the baby boomers getting older, there will be a big need.

No such service. Get the aides 7 days a week and increase his Aid and Attendance coverage.

I'm not sure how that works, but, even if they came quickly, your dad might have to wait for a while in soiled underwear. And what about in the middle of the night?
