Does anyone know of any 24/7 home care nurses or aides that will come to your home at a moment's notice and clean up occasional diarrhea that may or may not have made a trail from her bedroom into the hallway and into the bathroom and all around the toilet? I am asking because I would very much be interested. My mother has multiple myeloma and three times she has had diarrhea and not made it. I have cleaned it up but I have contamination OCD and it breaks me a little more every time I have to.

No one is on call for as needed help with anything. Caregivers need to be scheduled, regardless of the need.

There is no such entity where I live. Most caregivers seek regular hours and at least 4 hours of pay.

Is your Mom wearing disposables? If not, you must insist she do this and throw away all her cloth undies. I agree that putting a bedside commode in her room will help minimize the disasters.

Does her doctor know she is experiencing occasional diarrhea? With MM there are reasons it can occur, although it is not a typical problem.

Get her a commode for the bedside and if there is carpet put something like a big rubber backed rug below it. Stock up on disposable gloves. A vacuum like Bissell's little green pet machine can be used to help clean up. You can use Nature's Miracle enzyme cleaner in the machine. Or she can (and probably should anyway) wear disposable incontinence underwear like Depends.
Or you can decide it's too much for you, and there's nothing wrong with that. Sorry

This is one of the biggest reasons a person is place in a facility so this type of care can be managed.
To bluntly answer...no there is no service as you describe.
You could hire (mom pays) caregivers that will help care for her at home. They would be responsible for toileting and any accidents.
