I'm not trying to be a smart adder, but, what is this ad about? The big focus of the ad is how ONE DAY SOMEONE WILL BE THE FIRST TO SURVIVE ALZHEIMERS. WHAT? I don't understand it. I thought keeping your brain function was the goal for this condition. Why focus on surviving only, when the brain function is gone? Am I missing something? I thought that many people live with Alzheimers for many years. It's the loss of memories, loss of organization, loss of judgment, loss of motor skills, loss of mobility, that effects the patients' lives. Why would survival be the focus of this campaign. Maybe, I'm missing something.

To me, it's misleading. It implies that the fear is dying from Alzheimers, when, in fact, it's living with it for many years, that most people find horrible. I really think they need to rethink who is creating their research campaign ideas. It seems that all of their ads come from left field. They seem to be all over the place with none of them really being honest or getting out their true message. I guess....maybe, it's just me. lol

This is scare tactic advertising. They focus on the worst possible outcome as a motivator. They want you to hurry up and buy the product.
