I have an appointment with SSI next month but the carcinoma on my leg has become very painful. How can I see a doctor now

Who diagnosed a carcinoma? I would see go back to see that doctor. Or call that doctor's office and ask how you can get treatment now.

I assume you don't have any medical insurance? Google "Hill Burton Hospitals" in your area, contact them and see if they accept indigent patients.

As I understand the situation the Hill Burton Act provided funds for construction of hospitals with the legislative requirement that they accept indigent patients. I don't know whether or not the statute has been amended, or if this requirement still stands, but it's worth a try.
