Scratching head till hair is all broken and gets mad when told to stop. Any advice?

She will not stop. She is in a daze while scratching. Doctor gave Buspirone does nothing she is 96

It's a partial-complex seizure if she is non-responsive and should be reported to the MD. Get a video to show him what is happening.
