what are the rights to get bathroom amenities updated for him? His daughter holds the accounts she is only here to give him spending money I see her for 5mins or less. Her and her brother never ask how their father is or if he or I need anything to help out, He my uncle does nothing no interest even around the home.. I work full time...

What does he need? Shower chairs are cheap. So are raised toilet seats. Now if you mean a walk-in shower, a tub sidewall cutout is about $1000. Beyond that, a bathroom remodel would be $5K and UP.
