Only if your dad is considered still mentally competent by a doctor can he go before a lawyer and revoke one of the three POA's.

Is he mentally competent?

Are all three equal POAs or is one primary with others as backups?

If he is not mentally competent, then someone will need to file for guardianship which is expensive.

If your dad's mind is sharp, he can revoke the old POA's and.at same time issue a new one. He does not need.to be able to write--they.can document it via.videotape and he can give assent in another way. You will need a lawyer for this probably, I do not know of any DIY for this type of POA. Good luck.
