Reported to Elder Abuse two times in a three month period. What are my rights?

Turned into elderly abuse for my father in April who passed away three weeks later. In June turned into elderly abuse for my brother that I have been appointed Federal Fiduciary sine 2007. What are my rights to find out who is doing this to me? I am pretty sure it is a family member which did not know that I must send in annual reports to the state to getting spending audited and approved. Falsely accused twice in the past three months.

That's horrible. You may need an elder law attorney to help you out. I'm assuming that this is for financial abuse. Jealousy can turn some people nasty.
If you are following prescribed reporting, you shouldn't have any trouble proving your innocence, but that doesn't take away the pain. It's up to you whether you want an attorney to pursue this. Good luck,
Carol
