My niece has Alzheimer's. Her care giver is a drug user and lied about her gender on the IHS application. This care giver is mentally abusin Care giver is on drugs, lied on the IHS application on her gender and is mentally abusing her. Won't allow relatives to visit her. The Abuse for elderly investigator could not verify mental abuse, of course there are no physical signs obvious. My niece has announced to all relatives she does not want to live with this care giver and they are bad people.
