The Trustees have to follow the rules of the Trust for the management of assets. Talk to the Trustees. Beware, there can be serious tax implications. If you need advice, talk to the lawyer who helped write the Trust documents. His fee is charged to the Trust.

If it is your Trust and your real estate, you can have the Attorney who prepared the Trust to remove it.

If this is someone else Trust and someone else real estate, chances are you cannot remove it. Check with an Elder Law attorney.

Every state has different laws. If you want to remove real estate from the trust without selling it, you must use a quit claim deed to place the title back in your name. But before doing removing a real estate from the trust its better you should consult an Attorney. There are many wide official sources which can grant you a lot of information that is essential and valuable/profitable for you.
