Recommendations for a medical alert system?

I'm looking for one that doesn't need GPS because I live in an independent living facility in the middle of a Florida forest. GPS reception is poor here. Also, if you have tried a medical alert system that did not work well, please advise me. I'm 85, in fair health and mentally alert. Thanks.

Your best bet is to ask the on site managers who THEY will recommend. They may already have a system in place and could add you on.
