I belong to an organization and we want to call our older members who live alone and do not come to meetings. We want to find out how they are doing, if they need anything, anything we can help with and other questions, which is why I am writing to you.
In this day and age, we do not know how to approach this nor what to say if someone is totally against being interviewed. I hope I am clear.
Do we ask questions about family, what they like to do???
