Purewick not working correctly after falling over.

Mom knocked over unit during the night. Now it's sounding louder than normal and there's little if any suction. Anyone know how to fix? Website troubleshooting does not address this.

is the lid dry completely? The top where the blue and white meet should be dry I believe. The machine didn’t get wet, right?

Oh gosh, I am sorry. I was going to suggest what you have tried. Do they have an 800 number on the website? Call them and explain what is happening.
