Are there any programs in PA to help with my loss of income?

Taking care of family member and will be out of PTO soon. I am a certified nursing assistance and she needs 24 x 7 care

I don't know of any government agency that will pay someone for loss of income. Nor do I know of any program that will pay anyone to care for someone 24 hours a day. Medicaid will help, but only if the family member moves into a nursing home.
