If I have POA, am I liable for a charge card that is only in my Mom's name?

I have been sending the bills to the trust fund to pay them but some of the charges they didn't cover. if she passes am I liable for these charges not covered. thanks

Unless your name is on your mom's accounts, being POA doesn't make you liable for her debt once she passes away.
