I am on Medicaid in Arkansas and my uncle has a checking and savings account in Pennsylvania. I have a power of attorney on file with the bank which they received in the mail from me. Will I be kick off Medicaid for his income?

Having POA for your uncle does not mean that his money is yours. So, no it will not kick you off of medicaid.

As long as your name is not on the account you r OK. I took Mom off my nephews because it would be counted as her income.
