Find Care & Housing
Here is a list I was able to compile from Google, mostly in Dubuque IA, but not all. I'm not sure that any of them are 'live chats' which you appear to be seeking...? I'm not sure that's what you're looking for either, so here's the list:

https://www.findhelp.org/care/support-groups--dubuque-ia

https://www.alz.org/iowa/helping_you/support_groups
Call ANYTIME with questions or concerns 1.800.272.3900/Alzheimer's Organization which covers ALL of the dementias.

https://www.alz.org/iowa/helping_you/programs-event-calendar

https://www.stonehilldbq.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/CaregiverResourceCenterNewsletter-3-2022.pdf

https://www.aplaceformom.com/caregiver-resources/articles/caregiver-support-groups

https://www.smartpatients.com/communities/dementia-9ae5443c-e34a-4433-b926-b3d0c7a2201b

Alzheimer's you can call the phone number to ask directly; they cover ALL the dementia's and not just AD.

The SmartPatients.com site has a TON of different chat groups covering a wide range of topics/diseases but again, I don't think they're 'live' chats, if that's what you're looking for. All chat forums DO give pretty quick feedback/comments though.

Good luck.

Sorry, I was inquiring about a group that had scheduled on-line meetings with members participating. I do appreciate the Forum and its loyal members, and see it as a very valuable resource. I apologize for not being specific enough in my question. Thanks to all who have helped me with responses to the questions I have asked. Love and blessings to all.

I went thru the 12 questions u asked. One had 37 answers. It was too many replies but I skimmed thru that question and the others, and saw you never responded to the replies. And I am sure some members asked questions. To be in a support group you have to engage with the members so we get to know you. Some of us have been here for years.

What are you looking for in a group that we don't have? This site alone has all kinds of information. And our forum has Nurses and CNAs that have done caring of a LO and continue to care for others.
