Contact assisted living places to see if you can rent a furnished room for that period. Many places offer this option. Enjoy your needed holiday.

We are using Emeritus for "respite care," for the trip we are taking in July. Check your mother's health insurance to see if any respite care is covered, as I know that some plans will cover it.
