How can my family and I persuade my husband to go to an adult day care for a few hours twice a week?

He has never accepted the fact that he has Altzheimners. Says it is just old age forgetfulness.
This is a good place and would be good for him ...as well as giving me a much needed break

My MIL would never go to the Senior Center or any kind of daycare. She said it was for old people. Apparently 86 was not old in her book. She is now in Assisted Living with people her own age, but that is OK.
