Does anyone know how much I will pay up front before my long term care insurance starting paying when my husband goes into an assisted living home because of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's?

Does he have his own long term care insurance? If not, your long term insurance will not pay for his care, but only for yours. Read over your policy and see what it says.

He has his own...... I have been told that one has to pay 100 days up front........ and I will check my policies.
