Can I pay for a prepaid funeral policy with the proceeds from the sale of my mother's house if we are applying for Medicaid?

In my state it is recommanded for anyome getting or applying to medicaide you have to have a social services office assigned to you when you apply for medicaide and they will know the answer-it should be yes.
