My parents are in their late 60s. I have noticed many changes. My mother is physically disabled and my father is getting lost or seems very distant. When should I seek help and where?

Any time any new behavior pops up is a good time to check in with your mom and/or dad's Dr.

How are they getting along on their own?

Your profile says that your father has dementia. Is this a medical diagnosis, or based on your observation? What kind of disability does your mother have? Mobility?

A little more information would help us give better answers.
